Inspexius

Requests with the user agent Inspexius/0.1 (+https://www.inspexius.com/crawler; crawler@edsontechnologies.com) come from Inspexius™, the property evidence register, an internal system operated by Edson Technologies. Until October 2026 it identified itself as PVR-Testbed, and a robots.txt naming that token still applies. It is not offered as a product and does not sell or redistribute data.

What it fetches

Public property records from official sources — documented APIs, published map services and bulk downloads — about specific properties, and the terms-of-use pages and robots.txt files that govern them.

How it behaves

• It honours robots.txt (RFC 9309). Use the product token Inspexius to address it.
• One request at a time to a county host, spaced out; it backs off on 429 and 503 and honours Retry-After.
• It never logs in, never solves a CAPTCHA, never rotates addresses and never disguises itself.
• It connects from 20.109.194.180.

Contact, or ask it to stop

Email crawler@edsontechnologies.com, or disallow Inspexius in your robots.txt — or any name it has used before, which is honoured for good. Either takes effect without argument.
